Founded by Amir Gale, a registered draftsman and construction professional with an Associate Degree in Building and Civil Engineering, we specialize in delivering trusted, contractor-friendly services that move your project forward with confidence.

We offer a complete range of pre-construction design, surveying, visualization and project coordination services. Every project we handle is prepared to meet the highest professional standards and fully complies with Barbados' Planning and Development Department requirements helping clients avoid costly delays, rework and compliance issues.

With professional experience in project management, land surveying, construction consulting and site planning, we understand how critical precision and timing are in the early stages of every project. That’s why we combine technical expertise with strong coordination support to simplify the building process for our clients.

While our current focus is on design, planning and pre-construction services, our long-term vision is to expand into full-service construction coordination and property maintenance, offering seamless support from first design to final build and beyond.
