AG Building & Maintenance provides house plans, 3D visualizations, planning submission coordination and construction budgeting services to help homeowners, contractors and developers secure approval-ready, functional and efficient designs that move their projects forward with confidence.

Where are you located?

We are based in Lowthers, Christ Church, Barbados and provide services across the island.

Do you offer full construction services?

We currently offer design, planning approvals, consultation services and construction coordination, providing seamless support from project planning through to execution. While we do not yet offer property maintenance services, it remains part of our long-term vision as we continue to expand and grow.

Do your house plans meet Barbados Planning and Development Department requirements?

Yes! All of our designs comply with Barbados Planning and Development Department regulations, ensuring they meet the necessary standards for approval and construction.

What’s included in a house plan package?

Our house plan packages include floor plans, four elevations (front, rear, left, right), site and location plans, foundation details and roof plans. We also provide PDF and DWG files for contractor use.

What is 3D rendering and why do I need it?

3D rendering provides photo-realistic visuals of your project, allowing you to see the design before construction begins. It helps with investor presentations, marketing and approval clarity, making it easier to visualize materials, lighting and layout.

Do you handle the entire planning submission process?

Yes! We assist with preparing, submitting and following up on planning applications to ensure a smooth approval process with the Barbados Planning and Development Department.
